Credits &
Returns
Prior to shipping
anything back to Level 10 Products, whether it is a
defective item or a return, you must first contact
Level 10's Customer Service Department at 973-827-1000
between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time
Monday through Friday or 7:00 AM through 12 Noon
Eastern Time on Saturday to obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) Number. You can also fill out the
required form online by clicking
here. This RMA Number must be marked on the
shipment, near the address label.
Shipments without a valid RMA Number will not be
accepted.
Electrical items
(Solenoids, Driveline Computer upgrades, etc.) and
custom items (such as built-to-order transmissions)
cannot be returned.
All returns will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Limited Warranty
All complete
transmission assemblies are warranted for 6 months. All
other Level 10 products
are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from
the date of purchase, to be free from defects in
materials or workmanship. During this ninety (90) day
warranty period. Level 10 Products, Inc., will, at Its
option, either repair or replace any Level 10 Product
that has been determined by Level 10 Products, Inc.,
to be defective. This warranty excludes computer
upgrade chips, which are limited to a fifteen (15) day
warranty. No claims under this warranty will be
honored without an original, dated Sales Receipt.
CONDITIONS
This Warranty does not cover any Level 10 product
failure by virtue of:
1) Improper Level 10 product installation;
2) Improper Level 10 product maintenance;
3) Modification of a Level 10 product;
4) Use of a Level 10 product for racing competition;
5) Misuse or abuse of a Level 10 product;
6) Normal wear and tear of a Level 10 product;
7) Damage to or failure of any related components;
8) Removal and installation costs;
9) Cost of vehicle downtime;
10) Fluid replacement and shipping costs.
IMPLIED WARRANTY
Level 10 Products, Inc., makes no Warranty as to
merchantability or fitness for an intended purpose of
Its products, and Level 10 Products, Inc., does not
provide any other warranty, either express or implied,
relating to Its products. Warranties implied by law
are limited to the duration of this Warranty except in
those states where prohibited by law. Level 10
Products, Inc., shall be exculpated from any loss or
injury, consequential or inconsequential, arising
directly or indirectly, from the installation or use
of a Level 10 product. If a Level 10 product is
returned under the ninety (90) day Warranty clause,
the product must be insured and shipped freight
pre-paid to level 10 Products, Inc.
